First of all, if you don’t receive deep tissue on a regular basis you should not receive deep tissue. You should work up to it with a Combination and add more deep tissue over a period of a few weeks. Then you would be ready to receive deep tissue on a regular monthly basis. Second unless you are a athlet, you probably don’t need deep tissue. It is not for everyone. Deeper is not always better…..
